Recognizing Excellence Among ALL Women of The First State

The Ms. Delaware United States Program recognizes the accomplishments of ALL women regardless of their marital or family status.

Community oriented single, unmarried, widowed and divorced women with or without children are celebrated for who they are individually and the positive impact they have on the world around them.

The 2009 Pageant will be held along with the Mrs. Delaware United States Pageant on March 15, 2009 at the Baby Grand Theatre at the Grand Opera House in Wilmington, Delaware.
